We are your 7/24/365 online store and as such you can place the order with few clicks right from your keyboard at any time of the day or night any where in the world. To place an order, simply go to a product page and browse through the product offerings. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping basket. The item will appear in the Selected Items column on the right of the screen. This is your shopping cart. Once you have finished your shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions for creating an account and finalizing your purchase. Eco-fabrik accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
SALES TAX:
We are based in California therefore we only collect applicable state and local tax for orders shipped to customers in the state of California.

BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email to support@ecofabrik.com to cancel an order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours except when it is long weekened, an official US holiday or x-mas holidays. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days. Products are shipped using the most cost efficient methods possible. We are committed to using recycled packaging and shipping envelopes as compared to cartons where possible but we will never compromise product safety. * Please note that free shipping is NOT applicable to wholesale or Business 2 Business promotional orders.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs, import duties and/or any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We always make sure the proper customs paperwork is attached.
Canada Shipping
The total shipping charge would be $25.99 for any order to Canada, regardless of order size.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the unwashed, unused merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, along with the original invoice, and we will gladly reimburse you the purchase amount less freight charges. No questions asked.
As all of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects in workmanship, we will replace the defective item free of charge or refund your purchase amount plus the freight charges whatever your preference.
