Return & Exchange Policy

Ecofabrik unconditionally guarantees all products sold at our online store, to be free from defects of workmanship. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. If you are not happy with your purchase, neither are we. Our most important goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in all aspects of the online shopping.

 If you or the person for whom you purchased a gift item from Ecofabrik is not completely satisfied with the purchased item, we will make it right or take it back. Whether the problem is with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an equal value item in another size, style or color. How to Exchange or Return

Please follow these instructions:

1.      Send us an email (support @ ecofabrik.com) and tell us about the problem. Reference to order no, & purchase date will be helpful.

2.      Please provide a brief reason for dissatisfaction and tell us how we can make it right for you.

3.      We will respond within 24 hours recommending few different options for how we can make it right. Of course you have the last word if you approve one of the options or want refund. We will do what you choose, no questions asked.

4.      We will send you RMA # to return the merchandise. Except for the defective product, customer pays the shipping charges for returned merchandise. Ecofabrik pays outbound shipping & handling charges for the replacement / exchanged merchandise.

5.      We pay inbound and outbound shipping & handling charges for defective item and replacement thereof.

6.      Please note that items that have been laundered or altered in any way, can not be exchanged or accepted for refund.

7.      The 30 days return period starts from the date you have received the merchandise. All our orders are shipped under tracking numbers that indicate the actual delivery date.
