FTC has determined that most all bamboo fabric is made from Bamboo Rayon and Viscose and as such can not be labeled as Bamboo Fiber. This information is provided to our valued customers under the FTC Textile Rules.
Ecofabrik also recognizes that most all our bamboo products are imported from China where bamboo grows abundantly. However, importers have no control over the manufacturing processes of the fabric made from bamboo and as such we can not make any claims whatsoever regarding the purity of fiber or the manufacturing processes of this fabric being chemical free and 100% green.
